News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersLienholder Data on Registration Cards
Effective August 4, 2021, the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles will begin including the lienholder data on the bottom portion of the registration cards. This change will only pertain to the registration cards issued via dealer work. Up to three lienholders will display and if there are no liens on the vehicle, the word "None" will appear. This addition will allow dealerships to validate and retain the lienholder information for their records. The Division of Motor Vehicles
