- A manufacturer's certificate of origin or

Out of state title
- A full inspection and/or a Vehicle Identification (VIN) Inspection required for ALL used vehicles
- The customer can obtain an inspection at any of the four (4) DMV locations in the State of Delaware
- Inspections from a Delaware DMV for initial titling
- Any additional reassignments
- Original/Live notarized Power of Attorney(s) required

Inspection report for all Out of State Titles or MV212 from Delaware Inspection lane showing the vehicle went through for a VIN check
- All out of state titles require full inspection or VIN inspection performed by Delaware DMV
- Odometer Disclosure Statement signed by the dealer and the customer
- Bill of sale from the dealer (Lease contracts are not acceptable)
- Copy of the customer(s) Driver License/ID

Copy of Business License if the vehicle is getting titled in a company name
- Go to the Delaware Division of Revenues website for more information
- Corporations in “Good Standing” with the Delaware Division of Corporation; paperwork must reflect the correct business name

Copy of the customers Current/Valid Delaware Insurance Card or Delaware Insurance Binder.
- If submitting the work after 30 days, Delaware DMV requires proof of Delaware insurance on the vehicle getting titled.
- Check made payable to Delaware DMV. Refer to the fee calculator provided on DMV website https://dealers.dmv.de.gov
- Return paid shipping label to send completed/or rejected work back to the dealer or lienholder
