News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersDelaware Dealerships Critical License Requirements
Update: For dealerships set to expire on 12/31/2025, the Division is extending the deadline for all renewal documents to be submitted to the DMV to 1/31/2026. Due to the Division's latest events, the expiring dealerships will honor the licensing until 1/31/2026, and please remember to submit all documents, or if you have questions, contact DOTDealerLicensing@Delaware.Gov Please read the attached critical licensing and processing requirements notice, which was mailed to every licensed dealership. This information will be essential for renewals in 2025 and beyond, and please do not hesitate to reach out for additional questions on anything regarding dealership renewals.
