News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersDealerships Expiring December 31, 2024
Want to get a head start on your dealership license renewal? Dealerships that expire on December 31, 2024, are asked to submit the following documents now to DOTDealerLicensing@Delaware.Gov with the subject line that includes your dealer number. Dealerships that expire on December 31, 2024, are required to submit an IRS LTR147C to verify the dealership's legal business name. In addition, a phone bill that includes the legal business name, dealership physical location, and the phone number that is on the dealership application.
