News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersDealer Drop Folder Assistance
We are in the process of training new employees and could use your assistance. Please continue to drop your folders with up to five pieces in each folder. Please create individual folders for Delaware titles, MSOs, and Out-of-State titles. This will allow us to train new hires by transaction type. Each associate is training a new person, so this will not add to our backlog. In fact, we believe it will expedite training.
