News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersOne in the Same letters
Attention Dealers & Licensing Agents: The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will no longer accept "one in the same" letters to connect dealership name and addresses on a bill of sale, MSO, title, odometer statement, and power of attorney. If the names and/or addresses do not match the MSO you may submit a dealer's license and/or a business license to prove "one in the same". Otherwise, you will need to attach a dealer's reassignment to the paper work. Thank you, Delaware DMV
