The State of Delaware is no longer going to receive services from UPS. Please make sure that when you submit work to be returned that you send in the appropriate size Federal Express envelope and an air bill for prompt returns. We do not have a supply of envelopes to use for your return work so please make sure that you include this. Thank you all !
