News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersOdometer Rule Disclosure Change
The Odometer Rule change impacts 2011 and newer vehicles only. Model year 2011 is the beginning of the rule change from 10 year exemption to 20 year exemption. Model year 2010 and older still fall under the 10 year exemption. All model year 2011 and newer requires mileage, unless the vehicle falls under Title 21 “§ 6408 Exemptions”.
